In AODE boiler production base, specializing in the production of all kinds of thermal oil boiler, steam boiler, mold temperature machine and heating system EPC. Since obtaining the "Organic heat carrier Furnace Manufacturing License" issued by the State Administration of Quality Supervision in April 2012, becoming the first enterprise in the mold temperature machine industry to obtain this certificate, AODE successfully obtained the "B-class boiler Manufacturing" qualification in December 2017.
With an outstanding industry reputation, strong technical strength and comprehensive after-sales service, AODE has established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with many leading enterprises in various industries. For instance, in the in-depth cooperation with Pingmei and others, six sets of large-scale gas-fired thermal oil boilers were successfully delivered. In the project of the release film coating process production line in the film industry, the 2.5 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil boiler and the waste heat boiler system provided by AODE not only ensured precise temperature control but also improved the efficiency of waste heat recovery, achieving energy-saving operation. Additionally, in the cooperation with the leading domestic polyether polyol production enterprise, AODE provided five sets of large-scale vertical bottom-fired gas-fired thermal oil boilers, offering a more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly temperature control solution, with the usage cost being at least half that of electric heating.
